Many times, customers present a project that is in need of parts for evaluation but does not require full-scale production tooling. Other times, the design is in question and there is a need for parts for customer evaluation.

In this case, MPT works with you to come up with the best way to get parts in your hands fast. We have built single cavity P-20 molds that are capable of getting 100-10000 parts for evaluation.

We also own single cavity frames that we can build cores and cavities to save on costs. Our parent company can assist with 3D printing. This early involvement allows us to evaluate any challenges when we scale up from prototype to full-scale production.
